REALISM

Oil, Watercolor, Acrlyic

As a child, my first and most prominent characteristic was being an Artist. From school to extracurriculars to my free time, drawing, and especially painting, were my activities of choice. I attended Interlochen Academy for the Arts for two summers, specializing in observational drawing and painting, as well as studying under a prominent art instructor in LA for several years. From still lives to portraits to landscapes, I could do it all with convincing accuracy.
In highschool I began exploring color theory, architecture, and emotional expression, while my senior year guided me towards more prominent social issues, such as diversity, inequity, and climate change.
Painting is one of my innate talents, one I would like to share with the world. It has guided my creativity and self-expression, reflecting each phase of my life and helping me discover who I am.
